📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities to ensure the upkeep of our facilities.
• Manage and maintain the maintenance schedule, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
• Inspect and maintain all facilities, including common areas, guest rooms, and public spaces.
• Manage and maintain the inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely and quality work.
• Ensure the safety and cleanliness of our facilities, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure a high standard of work.
• Report on maintenance activities and facility conditions to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance and facilities management in the hospitality industry.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as ServiceMax, CMMS, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with local regulations and requirements in Bali.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for travel and site inspections.
