📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct Final Acceptance Tests (FAT) on incoming raw materials and finished products.
Ensure all products meet our strict quality standards and safety regulations.
Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality issues.
Record and report test results and any quality issues to the Quality Assurance team.
Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments.
Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality control processes.
Provide training and support to new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a FAT Operator or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
Experience with quality control software (e.g., SAP QM, QA Software).
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.
Valid food safety certification (e.g., SFC, IFS) is a plus.
