Your daily tasks will involve conducting market research, analyzing customer data, and developing sales strategies to drive product adoption. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring bank staff on insurance products and sales techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial services, sales, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products and banking services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
- Familiarity with bancassurance processes and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
