📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Create and manage detailed 3D models of buildings and infrastructure using industry-standard BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Ensure the accuracy and completeness of BIM models, and coordinate with project teams to resolve any issues or conflicts
• Develop and implement BIM standards and guidelines to ensure consistency and efficiency across projects
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM models into the project workflow and facilitate seamless information exchange
• Conduct clash detection and resolution to identify and address potential design conflicts or construction issues
• Perform cost estimation and scheduling analysis using BIM data to support project planning and decision-making
• Stay up-to-date with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices, and share your knowledge and expertise with the team
• Contribute to the development and implementation of BIM strategies and initiatives to drive innovation and efficiency in the construction industry

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Building Information Modeling, or a related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in BIM, with a strong portfolio of projects and a proven track record of success
• Proficiency in industry-standard BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla Structures
• Certification in BIM-related programs, such as Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) or Building Information Modeling Professional (BIMP)
• Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations, and the ability to apply this knowledge to BIM projects
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with stakeholders from diverse backgrounds
• Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and a good understanding of Indonesian language and culture
