📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct Final Acceptance Tests (FAT) on incoming raw materials and finished products.
• Ensure all products meet our strict quality standards and safety regulations.
• Work closely with the production team to resolve any quality issues.
• Record and report test results and any quality issues to the Quality Assurance team.
• Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and instruments.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our quality control processes.
• Provide training and support to new team members.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a FAT Operator or similar role in the food and beverage industry.
• Knowledge of food safety and quality standards (e.g., HACCP, ISO 22000).
• Experience with quality control software (e.g., SAP QM, QA Software).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and instruments.
• Valid food safety certification (e.g., SFC, IFS) is a plus.
