📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
- Develop and present sales proposals and business plans.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.
- Leverage CRM systems like Salesforce to track and manage client interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the industrial sector.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong understanding of CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
- Indonesian citizenship or work permit for Indonesia.
