As an Early Childhood Education Guru at Bright Minds Learning Center, you will play a crucial role in creating a safe, engaging, and educational space for children. You will develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans, engage children in hands-on activities, and foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities for children aged 3-6 years.
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment that promotes creativity and curiosity.
• Engage children in hands-on, play-based learning activities to support their cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Monitor and assess children's progress using a variety of tools and techniques, including observation, documentation, and assessment rubrics.
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to ensure a seamless transition between home and the learning center.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate new ideas into your teaching methods.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of children's progress, behaviors, and interactions.
• Participate in team meetings, professional development opportunities, and other center events to support the overall growth and success of Bright Minds Learning Center.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• A bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Education, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience working with children aged 3-6 years in an early childhood education setting.
• A valid teaching certificate or equivalent qualification, such as a Teaching Credential or Early Childhood Education Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of child development theories, including Piaget, Vygotsky, and Erikson.
• Experience with play-based learning, creative arts, and hands-on activities.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other educators.
• Passion for working with young children and a commitment to fostering their growth and development.
