As a Dining Staff at Silantro Fil-Mex Cantina Group of Companies, you will work closely with our team of chefs, servers, and managers to ensure that our guests receive the highest level of service. You will be responsible for greeting guests, taking their orders, and ensuring that their meals are prepared and served promptly. You will also be expected to assist with table service, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring that the dining area is clean and tidy.

• Greet and welcome guests, providing excellent customer service.
• Take and relay guest orders accurately to the kitchen staff.
• Assist with table service, including clearing tables, refilling drinks, and ensuring the dining area is clean and tidy.
• Provide information about the menu, specials, and promotions to guests.
• Handle cash transactions and ensure accurate billing.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and other staff to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs.
• Fluent in English, with basic knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
