📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in preparing and serving vegan dishes to ensure high-quality food presentation and customer satisfaction.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized café environment, including stocking supplies and cleaning as needed.
• Assist with inventory management, including ordering and restocking food and beverage items.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive dining experience.
• Follow health and safety protocols, including proper food handling and hygiene practices.
• Assist with special events and promotions to enhance the café’s offerings and attract customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a food service or retail environment, preferably in a café or restaurant setting.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation and service is a plus.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 20 kg.
• Passion for plant-based food and a commitment to sustainability.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent, with additional training in food service or hospitality a bonus.
