📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Contact potential customers through phone calls, emails, or other communication channels to promote our products and services.,Provide information about our products and services to potential customers and address their inquiries.,Negotiate and close sales deals with potential customers.,Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities.,Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure effective communication and coordination.,Provide excellent customer service to existing clients and address their concerns.,Stay updated with industry trends and market developments to improve sales strategies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.,Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.,Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.,Excellent time management and organizational skills.,Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
