📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for products and services,Collaborate with product teams to ensure accurate and up-to-date information,Develop user manuals, guides, and other technical materials,Review and edit documentation for clarity, accuracy, and consistency,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Assist in the development of training materials and other educational resources,Work with developers and engineers to ensure technical accuracy,Provide support to customers and users through documentation and other resources

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Proficiency in technical writing tools and software,Experience with documentation management systems,Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools
