📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement strategic procurement plans to ensure cost efficiency and timely delivery of materials and services.,Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.,Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with company policies.,Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities with overall business objectives.,Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.,Conduct regular supplier audits and evaluations to maintain high-quality standards and ensure ethical business practices.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with company goals.,Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement in supply chain processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement and supply chain management in a manufacturing or industrial environment.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes, including contract negotiation, supplier relationship management, and inventory control.,Proficient in using procurement and supply chain management software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.,Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.,Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
