📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the service department, ensuring high standards of vehicle maintenance and customer satisfaction.,Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet performance targets.,Conduct regular inspections and maintenance tasks on XPeng electric vehicles.,Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise with the vehicles, ensuring minimal downtime.,Develop and implement service schedules and maintenance plans to optimize vehicle performance and lifespan.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of service operations with vehicle production and sales.,Stay updated with the latest advancements in electric vehicle technology and apply this knowledge to improve service processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in automotive service, with a focus on electric vehicles.,Strong knowledge of XPeng electric vehicles and their specific maintenance requirements.,Proven track record of managing a team and improving service efficiency.,Certifications in automotive service and electric vehicle technology are a plus.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.,Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
