📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 2 technical support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.,Develop and maintain scripts to automate routine tasks and improve efficiency.,Write and optimize SQL queries to extract and analyze data from databases.,Document technical processes and create knowledge base articles for future reference.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement technical solutions.,Monitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the delivery of high-quality technical support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience as a Technical Support Engineer or similar role.,Strong scripting skills in languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.,Proficiency in SQL and experience with database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server.,Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
