📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to clients, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and integrated care for clients.
  • Educate clients and their families on rehabilitation techniques, exercises, and lifestyle modifications.
  • Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, research, and best practices in physiotherapy.
  • Maintain accurate and comprehensive client records.
  • Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of the department's policies and procedures.
  • Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both clients and colleagues.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in physiotherapy, with a focus on rehabilitation.
  • Registration with the relevant professional body.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Understanding of the Indonesian culture and healthcare system is an advantage.
