📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide expert pharmaceutical care and support to patients, ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
  • Assist in the preparation, distribution, and administration of medications to patients.
  • Monitor and document patient responses to medications, and report any adverse reactions to the supervising pharmacist.
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of medications for hospital patients.
  • Assist in the preparation of medication orders, and ensure that all medications are properly labeled and stored.
  • Assist in the preparation of medication information for patients and their families.
  • Assist in the preparation of medication samples for use in patient education programs.
  • Assist in the preparation of medication samples for use in patient education programs.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a pharmaceutical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with electronic health records and other pharmaceutical software.
  • Ability to speak and write in Indonesian.
