MVP Asia Pacific is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Accountant to join our dynamic team in Canggu, Bali. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all financial accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting, a proven track record of successful financial management, and excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial accounting activities, including month-end closing, financial reporting, and budgeting.,Ensure accuracy and compliance with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank accounts.,Monitor and manage the accounting department's budget, ensuring financial targets are met.,Provide financial advice and support to senior management on financial matters.,Maintain and update accounting systems and software to ensure optimal performance.,Train and mentor junior accountants and staff on accounting procedures and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial accounting, with at least 2 years in a senior or managerial role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (GAAP) and relevant regulations.,Proficient in using accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Fluent in English and Indonesian, both written and spoken.,Previous experience working in a multinational or international company is a plus.
