📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage a team of employees, providing guidance and support to achieve branch goals.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase customer acquisition and retention.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the head office.,Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.,Identify and address operational challenges to improve branch performance.,Participate in training and development programs for employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
