In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and providing financial insights to support business decisions. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and accounting standards.,Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support business decisions.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Manage and mentor junior accountants and provide training and development opportunities.,Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to ensure accurate financial reporting.,Participate in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business planning.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.,Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial reporting and compliance.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian GAAP and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
