CV Indah Terang is looking for a dedicated Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while maintaining the high standards of our hotel.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about hotel facilities and services.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date guest records, including check-in/check-out times and special requests.,Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, working to resolve issues to the guest's satisfaction.,Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Assist with reservations, including confirming bookings and handling cancellations.,Perform night audits to ensure all guest rooms are ready for the next day's arrivals.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling mail and packages.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience.,Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a front desk or receptionist role, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using computer systems for guest management and reservations.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with hotel management software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems is a plus.,Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
