📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the team to ensure the successful completion of projects.,Monitor and maintain safety standards and regulations on board.,Plan and execute navigation and route optimization.,Handle communication and coordination with other departments and stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with maritime laws and international conventions.,Monitor and maintain the ship's equipment and systems.,Handle emergency situations and ensure the safety of the crew and passengers.,Report and document all operations and incidents for future reference.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain in maritime operations.,Valid and up-to-date maritime license and certificates.,Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.,Strong knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and international conventions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions.,Familiarity with navigation software and systems.,Good physical fitness and health condition.
