Town Plus Pratama is seeking a Lead Receptionist to join our team in Denpasar, Bali. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and play a crucial role in ensuring their satisfaction and comfort during their stay. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.,Answer and direct guest inquiries, providing information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions.,Manage front desk operations, including check-in and check-out procedures, reservations, and guest records.,Coordinate with housekeeping, dining, and other departments to ensure smooth guest service.,Handle guest complaints and concerns, working to resolve issues promptly and professionally.,Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all necessary supplies and equipment are readily available.,Assist in training and supervising other receptionists to maintain high service standards.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Receptionist or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with good knowledge of local customs and culture.,Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.,Familiarity with hotel management systems and guest relationship management software.,Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
