In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our procurement processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of industry standards and best practices.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet the company's needs and objectives.,Manage the procurement process from request to delivery, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to negotiate favorable terms and conditions.,Monitor and analyze procurement activities to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of procurement staff, providing guidance and support to achieve departmental goals.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient procurement operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a proven track record in managing procurement processes.,Strong knowledge of procurement software and systems.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in Indonesian and English.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Understanding of industry standards, trends, and best practices.,Experience in managing and negotiating with suppliers and vendors.
