Lead the development of our web applications, ensuring high-quality code and adherence to best practices.,Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative team environment.,Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure the technical feasibility of their designs.,Optimize application performance and user experience, implementing best practices and new technologies.,Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, incorporating relevant advancements into our projects.,Work closely with backend developers to integrate frontend components with server-side logic.,Participate in project planning, estimation, and execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in frontend development, with a strong portfolio of successful projects.,Profound knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with experience in modern frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.,Experience with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.,Understanding of RESTful APIs and experience with state management libraries like Redux or MobX.,Familiarity with version control systems, such as Git, and Agile methodologies.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to mentor and guide junior developers.
