📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.,Develop and implement strategies to improve branch performance and customer satisfaction.,Manage and mentor a team of branch managers, providing guidance and support.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.,Participate in company-wide initiatives and projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a corporate or branch environment.,Proven track record of successfully managing teams and driving business growth.,Strong understanding of financial management and reporting.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
