📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Store Manager in managing daily store operations.,Oversee inventory control and ensure stock levels are maintained.,Manage staff schedules and ensure optimal staffing levels.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Assist in training and developing store staff.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the Store Manager.,Conduct store audits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Participate in store promotions and special events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Recent graduate in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum 1 year of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Good organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven track record of customer service and sales.,Fluency in English is a plus.
