Central Home Berjaya is looking for a dedicated Shop Assistant to join our team in Kebumen. This is a hybrid role, offering the flexibility to work both in the office and remotely. As a Shop Assistant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations, enhancing customer satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our store.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with product selection, pricing, and checkout processes.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.,Stock shelves and manage inventory levels.,Handle cash transactions and provide change accurately.,Assist with promotional activities and sales events.,Provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally.,Work collaboratively with the team to achieve daily targets.,Assist in training new employees and maintaining store policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in retail or customer service is a plus.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and processes.,Physical stamina to stand and move around the store for extended periods.,Ability to lift and carry items up to 20 lbs (9 kg).
