Bintang Mulya Pratama is seeking a dedicated HSE Officer to join our team in Pekanbaru, Riau. As an HSE Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and health of our employees and the overall compliance of our operations with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement health, safety, and environmental programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.,Conduct regular safety inspections and audits to identify and mitigate potential hazards.,Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.,Investigate accidents and incidents to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.,Maintain and update safety documentation, including incident reports, training records, and inspection reports.,Collaborate with management and other departments to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.,Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and implement measures to minimize environmental impact.,Participate in emergency response planning and drills to ensure preparedness for any potential emergencies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role within the oil and gas or manufacturing industry.,Certification in OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) or equivalent is a plus.,Strong knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software.,Familiarity with safety management systems and software is a plus.
