📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth running and high customer satisfaction.,Manage and develop a team of store staff, providing training and support.,Implement and monitor sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.,Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure proper inventory management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Conduct regular store audits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and support.,Monitor and report store performance metrics to management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving sales.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Familiarity with retail software and inventory management systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
