Bengkel Eko Computer is seeking a talented Deputy Head Chef to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in managing the kitchen operations, ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings, and contributing to the overall success of our culinary team. This is a full-time position located in Denpasar, Bali, with a competitive salary ranging from Rp 11.000.000 to Rp 13.000.000 per month.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Head Chef in managing kitchen operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food preparation and service.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Develop and implement food safety and sanitation procedures.,Participate in menu planning and cost control.,Train and mentor junior staff members.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Chef or similar role in the culinary industry.,Proven experience in managing kitchen operations and staff.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine is a plus.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 20 kg.,Must have a valid food handler's permit.
