Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth running of the department,Manage and mentor a team of staff to achieve departmental goals,Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in all products,Develop and implement effective training programs for staff,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Manage department budget and report to the general manager,Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote products

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the baking industry,Proven track record of success in managing a team and achieving targets,Strong knowledge of baking techniques and quality control,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Familiarity with inventory management and budgeting,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food industry
