📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage a team of drivers, ensuring they adhere to safety and operational standards.,Plan and coordinate daily routes and schedules for the fleet.,Monitor and maintain the condition of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal working condition.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Conduct regular safety checks and training sessions for the team.,Report to the management on the status of the fleet and any issues that may arise.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the transportation industry.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with fleet management software is a plus.,Proven track record of safe and efficient fleet operations.
