Den Bright Abadi is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Operations Manager to join our team in Bogor. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management and a passion for continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage daily production operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes and improve productivity.,Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.,Develop and implement operational plans and schedules to meet production targets.,Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.,Manage inventory and procurement processes to ensure timely availability of materials.,Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant software tools.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.,Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and productivity.
