📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management of office supplies and equipment,Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs,Maintain and update office records and documents,Support the General Affairs department in event planning and coordination,Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for management,Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, travel arrangements, and meeting organization,Provide general administrative support to the department,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Administrative Science, Business Administration, or related field,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar administrative or support role,Strong organizational and time management skills,Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint),Good communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team environment,Familiarity with company policies and procedures,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
