📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in managing and supervising team members to ensure smooth operations.,Coordinate with the Captain to plan and execute daily tasks and projects.,Maintain a positive and productive work environment.,Monitor team performance and provide feedback and support as needed.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle team meetings and ensure all members are informed and engaged.,Support in training and developing new team members.,Assist in resolving conflicts and maintaining a harmonious team dynamic.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably related to business or management.,Minimum 2 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with HR policies and procedures.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Experience in a similar role in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.,Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members and stakeholders.
