📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Host live streaming sessions on platforms like Facebook Live, Instagram Live, and YouTube Live
• Interact with customers in real-time, answering questions and addressing concerns
• Demonstrate products and services, highlighting their features and benefits
• Drive sales by promoting our products and services during live streams
• Work closely with our sales team and product managers to create engaging and informative live streams
• Monitor and analyze live stream performance, providing feedback and insights to improve future sessions
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in live e-commerce
• Promote our brand and products through social media and other marketing channels

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in live streaming, preferably in the e-commerce industry
• Proven ability to engage and interact with audiences in real-time
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and tools, such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for live streaming and e-commerce
• Fluency in both spoken and written Indonesian
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
