CRM Operations Specialist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain customer data in Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Support the sales team by identifying and qualifying leads, and tracking customer interactions.
• Assist in the implementation and optimization of CRM processes to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to segment and target customers for campaigns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer relationship management.
• Participate in cross-functional projects to drive customer engagement and operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in CRM operations or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Salesforce and HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel and Tableau is a plus.
• Certification in Salesforce Administrator or similar is a plus.
